Get well soon

Good morning,

nice to see you.
I got inspired by this WPlus9 Design Video and here you can see my result.

This is my second take. In my first try, I heat-embossed the outlines. This wasn't working because the stems are too thin and I couldn't get any green inside. The second time, I stamped the outlines with Versafine Vintage Sepia Ink. This worked a lot better for me. At the beginning, it was quite hard to color outside the lines but then it was quite fun. The little sentiment "Werd' schnell gesund" is German and means "Get well soon". I love the shine of the Perfect Pearl-Distress-Ink-Mixture and the background creates the atmosphere of a summer sunset.

I will upload this card to the following challenges:

CASology Week 98: Shine

Cards and More Challenge #107 - Blumenmeer/Lots of Flowers

Karten-Kunst Techniques Challenge - Blitz-Colorieren

Time Out Challenge #7 - Summer/Flowers

Here is a list of supplies that I used:
Sheena Douglass - Poppies and Daisies
Karten-Kunst - Inchie-Grüße 1
Distress Ink (Spiced Marmalade, Festive Berries, Crushed Olive, Shabby Shutters, Frayed Burlap, Black Soot)
Perfect Pearls (Heirloom Gold)
kraft cardstock

Until next time.

Yours,
Tanja
