Happy Birthday

Hi,

today, I created a Birthday card for the son of a friend who just turned six - a little dinosaur scene from a land far far away ...

As a first step, I created a background on watercolor paper with my distress inks. After stamping the stars, I glued down my critters that I colored with the Inktense pencils. I decided to give the little stegosaurus fun rainbow spikes on his back.

I will link this card up to the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Animal Antics

Make the Day Special Stamp Store Prize Challenge No. 1 - Anything goes

Moving along with the Times Challenge - A Card containing the Word Happy

Time Out Challenge #3 - Happy (Masculine) Birthday

Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge - Anything goes

Seize the Birthday Challenge

Here is my list of supplies:
Lawn Fawn - Critters from the Past
Lawn Fawn - Birthday Tags
Impressions Obsession - Cover-a-Card Stars
Tsukineko - Delicata Golden Glitz
Distress Ink (Stormy Sky, Tumbled Glass, Chipped Sapphire, Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn, Pine Needkes, Frayed Burlap)

Have a nice day.
Yours,
Tanja
